We were delighted that two of the mounted police division at Lewisham Police Station managed a slight detour to their daily exercises and came in to visit us on Wednesday morning. Eric and Una, standing at 17 and 16 hands respectively, seemed to enjoy meeting the PPN and our Year 3 and Year 4 classes.  Police officers Jonathan Pitt and Peter Lloyd accompanied them and were on hand to answer the many questions that were posed to them by our children. They have promised to come back soon to meet our Year 5 and Year 6 classes. Special thanks to Bob and Simon (ground staff) who were on hand with a bucket and spade when required!!
