Turn up and play badminton against others whilst being given tips by our qualified coach.

 Belly Dancing

Belly dancing is a non-impact, non-weight bearing exercise suitable for all ages. Many of the moves improve flexibility of the torso. Dancing with the veil can help build strength in the upper-body, arm and shoulders. Playing the zills trains fingers to work independently building strength. The legs and long muscles of the back are strengthened by hip movements.

Bodytone 

A great workout for all. Good for the cardiovascular system, Excellent for trimming and toning of the body. Work out to music in a friendly group.

Circuits 

Circuits is a high intensity work that uses multiple types of fitness training in short sharp doses.Our instructor will motivate and encourage you throughout the session.

 Induction

For members only, this session is compulsory to all new members who wish to use of our two Fitness Studios. You will be guided through the safe use of all the equipment by one of our fully qualified fitness instructors.

 Kettle Bell

A resistance based workout including total body exercise to maximise calorie burning and muscular tone. Also very good for sports conditioning.

High
 No Partner No Problem

Turn up and play with new people or simply just bring a friend along for an hour of the named class activity. Try out badminton, table tennis, basket ball or tennis.

 Spin Bike Class

Spinning or spin bike, is a high intensity workout based on an indoor cycle machine. Using various different levels of resistance you mimic being on real roads and different gradients. The class is led by a qualified spin instructor and is worked to music that is relative to the speed and pace that you will be cycling.

 Stability Ball

A Stability ball class is a great way to warm up your body for further exercise. Stability ball works by using your body in different positions to keep balance thus working your core muscles, toning and strengthening them.

Yoga

Relax your mind and body with our yoga class lead by a fully qualified instructor. A ninety minute work out that will leave you feeling fitter and calmer after a long day at work.This class is suitable for all abilities and works to the level that your body is ready for.

 BoxFit Using the foundations of boxing, our instructors work together to lead you through the class encouraging you to work your at your highest intensity.  Moderate / High
 Water Aerobics

A workout in the pool using up to date techniques to get your heart pumping. A good all round cardiovascular workout that will let the water take away the high impact and weight of the workout on your muscles.

 Zumba

Zumba is a great, fun, dance based workout to music. You are lead by an instructor who will guide you through the dance moves. This is great as a cardio workout but also great for toning your body.

 Moderate
 SkiFit A class focused on all those important skills of winter sports, toning stomach muscles and legs as well enhancing co-ordination and balance. Moderate 
 TRX TRX is specialised suspension equipment that can work the whole body for an ultimate body workout.  Moderate
